This story is about a Police Inspector Shyam Kumar who sets out to solve a series of murders which have all taken place on a train. Complicating the situation are his girlfriend Neeta, who has been acting mysteriously ever since she began her new job, and hotel dancer Miss Lily, who needs to seduce the good police inspector but may find that she loses her heart instead. As Shyam get down to the bottom he will find that this case gets more difficult as some people are not who they claim they are.

Synopsis : Akash is an honest and educated young man, employed by the Bombay Municipal Corporation as a clerk. He lives with his equally honest brother Dinanath, his sister-in-law, a niece, Sharda and a nephew. Due to Akash's honesty, he becomes a liability to his corrupt superiors. Dharmdas tries to bribe Akash but Akash denied it to do so. Chanda is in love with Akash and Akash also knows it and both agree to it. Dharamdas plans to give Money to Dinanath to deposit in the bank and told his assistant that on the way, he will send goons to snatch money from Dinanath and make him guilty. But Dinanath discovers this plan and takes money from the locker and runs away. Dharamdas learns about the money stealing. One day, they find fault with his work and arrange a board meeting. In the board meeting, people accuses Akash for demanding bribe from Dharamdas and take voting in which people voted to remove Akash from the position and dismiss him. Akash outsmarts Dharamdas in bidding. Akash takes the help of Alibaba to bluff Dharamdas and team. When Akash attempts to assert himself legally, he finds that there is corruption everywhere. In retaliation, even his brother is implicated in a crime, and arrested. Now, Akash must come up with a way to clear his brother, as well as expose the wrong-doers.

Synopsis:
In a small Indian village, Jeevanlal, a notorious thief, leads a family with his wife Sita, daughter Meena, and son Dharmchand. Jeevanlal's criminal activities catch up with him when he hides stolen property with Dharmchand, leading to his arrest and imprisonment. Years later, tensions rise between Jeevanlal and Dharma, resulting in a tragic fight. Dharma, falsely accused of murdering his father, faces a gripping trial where the shocking truth about Jeevanlal's sins is unveiled, leading to a dramatic climax and an unexpected verdict that changes everything.

Humshakal is a 1974 Hindi-language film starring Rajesh Khanna, Tanuja, Moushumi Chatterjee in lead roles. Film is directed by Jambulingam. The music was by R. D. Burman and lyrics were by Anand Bakshi. The film was a remake of the 1970 Kannada film Baalu Belagithu, which was also remade in Telugu as Manchivadu (1973) and in Tamil as Oorukku Uzhaippavan (1976).

Synopsis:

Ram comes from a poor family, and works as a labourer for a living. One day he comes across an old woman in distress, and decides to assist her. This old woman is dying and asks Ram to promise to look after her young and destitute daughter, Radha, and Ram does so. Eventually, Ram and Radha get married and sire a baby boy. One day the child becomes seriously ill, and Radha goes to Ram's place of employment to get him to assist the child. It is there she finds out that Ram is living a parallel life as Laxman, and is living with a woman named Lalita.

The movie story is about Nisha an orphaned child who has been adopted by her relatives and raised alongside her cousin, Indu. As both cousins enter their 20s, Indu falls in love with the rich and good-looking Kabir However, Kabir takes a liking to Nisha and to the dismay of Indu, marries Nisha, wanting an obedient and socially accepted wife molding to the traditional conservative norms as Nisha constrained to, compared to Indu, who was liberal and progressive in her views and behavior. After marriage, all seems well in the life of Nisha and Kabir and soon, Nisha becomes pregnant. Meanwhile, a happy Nisha is oblivious to Kabir's affairs and dalliance with several women, on the pretext of business trips.
Nisha's pregnancy is deemed as a complication by her doctor and upon the insistence of Indu's mother, Indu moves into Nisha and Kabir's home to take care of her. As Nisha becomes restricted in her daily activities, Indu gets closer to Kabir and engages in an extramarital affair with him, reviving her erstwhile attraction to him. Oblivious to these new changes, Nisha continues with her life and eventually delivers a girl. Upon return and realizing the affair between her husband and cousin, she is shattered and confronts Kabir and Indu. Kabir resists and refuses to end his affair and asks her to adjust to this change. Nisha refuses and leaves the house, handing her daughter's responsibilities to their house maid.
In the new male-dominated world, Nisha struggles and meets with Alok. They quickly become friends and Alok develops feelings towards Nisha; but Nisha remains focused on her work and succeeds as an author detailing her life struggles and the fight against it. On the other side, the relationship between Kabir and Indu remains stagnant, with their financial situation worsening and circumstances making them realize their mistakes. As Nisha and Kabir's daughter becomes of married age, a worried Kabir is unsure how he would afford such an alliance, but Nisha comes and rescues Kabir by selling him her publishing rights henceforth and forwarding the royalties to her marriage and life. Kabir apologizes for whatever happened and repents deeply, leaving Nisha to comment that she has moved on from her life and does not want her daughter to know her identity and the pain she might endure knowing her mother's fate. As their daughter is married, Alok meets with Nisha and tells her that it’s time for them to officiate their relation.

Haathi Mere Saathi is a 1971 Hindi language film Starring Rajesh Khanna & Tanuja. It was directed by M.A. Thirumugam, screenplay was written by Salim-Javed and dialogues were written by Inder Raj Anand . The film was the highest commercial success of 1971. It stars Rajesh Khanna and Tanuja in lead roles.

Raju likes to surrounds himself with his four elephants after a childhood incident in which the big-eared creatures saved his life from an attack by a leopard. But when his wife gives birth, she worries that Raju's long-trunked pals will crush their baby. Unable to tear himself away from his lumbering animal friends, Raju breaks up with his wife, but when the elephants learn of Raju's sorrow, they hatch a plan to bring the couple back together.

Story:

Raju ( Rajesh Khanna ) lives with four elephants. He performs for them on the street corners. This is their livelihood. When he was young, those elephants saved his life from a leopard. With time he grows and starts a zoo, a world of love. Various wild animals live in it along with his elephants, of which Ramu is closest to him. Gradually he acquires property and starts his own private zoo. In this he keeps a tiger, a lion, a bear and his four elephants. He considers all animals as his friends.

Later he meets Tanu ( Tanuja ) and both fall in love. Tanu's rich father, Ratanlal ( Madan Puri ), opposes this alliance but later allows the young couple to marry. However, Tanu soon starts feeling neglected. When their child is born, things get worse. Tanu, fearing the elephant causing physical harm to her baby, asks Raju to choose between the elephant and her family. Raju chooses his animal friends over his wife and son. Now Ramu decides to bring the two together, but because of the villain Sarvan Kumar ( K N Singh ) he has to sacrifice his life.

The film starts with wife Radha Kishen (Shabana Azmi) garlanding her husband Avtaar Kishen's (Rajesh Khanna) bust while she mourns his death, then flashes back thirty years. Radha, is the only daughter of Seth Jugal Kishore (Madan Puri), and is in love with Avtaar, a poor boy. Her father disapproves, so the two elope and marry.

After various hardships, the couple ultimately succeed; after three decades, Avtaar is owner of a small house and fortune. they have two sons, Chander (Gulshan Grover) and Ramesh (Shashi Puri). Chander is married to Renu (Rajni Sharma), while Ramesh is married to Sudha (Priti Sapru). Avtaar also has a servant named Sewak (Sachin).

Chander marries the only daughter of Seth Laxmi Narayan (Pinchoo Kapoor) and becomes a Gharjamai. Meanwhile Ramesh registers the house under his wife's name instead of Radha's. This enrages Avtaar and he leaves his home, accompanied by Radha and Sewak. With help of a moneylender Bawaji (Sujit Kumar), Avtaar starts his own garage.
